Sheffield South East VI Form welcomes applicants from schools across the city as well as from students  within Sheffield Park Academy.

By agreement between the Principal and Local Governing Body, the Academy will participate in the Sheffield wide ‘Sheffield Progress’ admissions scheme whilst retaining the status of being our own admissions authority. The ‘Sheffield Progress’ Common Application Form provides the opportunity for parents/carers to express up to three choices of schools in rank order of preference. You are invited to submit up to three ranked preferences on the Local Authority’s Common Application Form or to apply directly using the Academy’s own application form.
