Education with Character
We are proud of the important focus we place on academic excellence. However, we believe that students need a breadth of opportunities and experiences to become confident, well-rounded and ambitious young adults. Throughout their time with us, students are expected to contribute to our VI Form community and wider society.
We want students to step outside their comfort zone and try things they would not normally do. We encourage them to persist in the face of difficulty and to become resilient in overcoming obstacles.
In addition to delivering pastoral programmes which support students in developing vital skills such as independent study, effective communication and interview techniques, we provide a wealth of enrichment activities designed to support our students’ understanding of their role in the community and on the global stage.
Our commitment to offering an ‘Education with Character’ results in our students discovering new talents, interests and passions. It enables students to develop leadership and teamwork skills and to develop their employability through enriching experiences.
